The main goal of (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is to protect the interests of our clients and make sure their personal data is secure. 

We will not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties for any reason without your consent, as provided for the booking of the class or seminars. We extend these guiding principles to the staff of the Company as well: any employee may refuse to provide their personal data for work purposes. We protect the privacy of our staff in adherence to the law.

Personal data the Customer will provide in the attachment, questionnaires and the form for opening an account:

• Your full name, email address, and mobile telephone number.

The Company may use the Customers’ personal data to:

• verify the attendees or students 
• Identify and enroll for the classes or seminars.
• inform the Customer that the range of products and services provided by the Company has been expanded;

The Company will not provide your personal data to third party for any purpose. Your personal data will be kept secure with us. 

Cancellation: 

• Booked seminar can be cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time of the seminars.
• Full refund will be provided if cancelled before 24 hours of the scheduled time.
• If cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time, only 50% will be refund.

Refund:

• Refund will be send to the account within 5 to 7 working days.

• As soon as the course is purchased online, the confirmation will be send to the registered email and mobile number.
• The schedule for the online classes will be posted within 2 working days of course purchased.
• Online link for each classes will be shared 10 minutes before of each class by email and WhatsApp, so please share your WhatsApp mobile number while purchasing the course.
• If the classes are cancelled, students will be informed,  one hour prior to the class.
